Information for consumers on online dispute resolution pursuant to Art. 14 (1) ODR Regulation:
The EU Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (ODR platform). This gives consumers the opportunity to first resolve disputes in connection with their online order out of court. The dispute resolution platform can be found at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
Apart from that, W8SVR GmbH does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters).
